    To avoid them sticking in chunks, freeze pineapple on a single layer, such as on a baking sheet. After frozen, throw together in a container to save space in your freezer.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup pineapple chunks, frozen
    • ½ cup berries, sliced
    • 1 medium banana
    • ½ cup almond milk
    • 1 orange, optional

    • Step 1. Cut and peel pineapple at least one day before you make your smoothie. Throw in freezer.
    • Step 2. The day you want to make your smoothie, slice berries, banana, and orange.
    • Step 3. Add all ingredients to blender and blend together.

    The orange is optional. If you choose to omit, you may need to add more milk of your choice depending on your preferred consistency of smoothie.
