Cut and peel pineapple at least one day before you make your smoothie. Throw in freezer.
The day you want to make your smoothie, slice berries, banana, and orange.
The orange is optional. If you choose to omit, you may need to add more milk of your choice depending on your preferred consistency of smoothie.
If using fresh pineapple and not planning to freeze it, consider using frozen berries or banana or adding 2-4 ice cubes.
