Simple Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ medium Hass avocado
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ¼ cup mango
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • ¼ cup soymilk

Instructions

  1. Cut, peel, and scoop out your fresh avocado.
  2. Peel and cut mango into chunks.
  3. Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

We used frozen berries from Costco. If you choose to use fresh berries, use frozen mangos or add a few ice cubes to still get a thick, cold smoothie.
 
We also used flavored raspberry yogurt, but feel free to substitute with another flavor of your choice, plain yogurt, or Greek yogurt.
