Ingredients

  • 1 peach peeled and sliced
  • 1 kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1 frozen banana peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ avocado peeled
  • Juice of a lemon or lime
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  • Grated ginger optional
  • 1 scoop rice protein powder optional
  • Maple syrup to taste

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to blender and blend to combine.

Recipe Notes

Depending on how thick you like your smoothie, you may want to add more liquid.
